Nature Storytelling

It involves upgrading the old section of the former wagon line in the Minas do Braçal ruins complex, also known as the old American train line, into a pedestrian/cycle path, as a complementary section linking it to the Vouga Ecotrailway and its enhancement and interpretation through storytelling of the industrial, natural and social heritage.

Its purpose is to create value for tourism in these two points of tourist interest in Sever do Vouga, with a view to increasing local, regional and national attractiveness. The biggest challenge is to combine outdoor sports with knowledge of the industrial, historical and cultural heritage through storytelling, some documented and others reported by oral testimonies.
